• Characteristics

  • This type is the copper-plated welding wire with cover gas of CO2 or admixture of Ar – CO2. Used for semi-automatic or automatic welding machines. The welded joints are intensively penetrated and ductile under pressure at -20 Celcius Suitable for welding low-carbon and low-alloy steel under 490~ 550 Mpa load such as manufacture technology of autos, motorbikes, ships, pressure structures, etc. Welding capacity higher than the use of electrodes or TIG welding. Possibly welding at all positions.
  • This type is flux core wire type for all welding positions with 100% CO2 shielding gas. Compare with solid wire, it provides low spatter, smoth and steady arc, excellent welded joint surface, lower fume emission. Flux formular deposite more metal into weld itself resulting mechanical properties of welded joint.
  • This type is the electrode under the group of rutile sheath. The welded joints are less defective and easy to ignite arc in which arc is stable without splashing and slags are self-blistered. Welded joints are ductile. Suitable for welding low-carbon steel under 430 ~490 Mpa load such as sectional steel structures, building structures, civil welding, formwork, etc. Welding at all positions.
